- Geoff Holtzman is a Washington Correspondent with Talk Radio News Service.
He created his "I Hate Sports" blog in early 2009. His new blog features links to stories he's covered for TRNS, as well as commentary and analysis on personal and sports-related news.
Geoff earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland. Before transferring to UM, Geoff spent 2 years at Ursinus College where he played baseball for the Division III Bears.
Geoff's favorite band is Rush. His favorite TV show is Family Guy. He has never been outside the U.S....unless you count Canada, which he does not. His current boss wants to send him to Africa, but Geoff probably won't allow that to happen.
Currently, Geoff and his fiancee live together in Arlington, Va.
